Charles E. Pell is a former federal criminal prosecutor, U.S. Navy Veteran, and former public-school teacher running for Orange County Superior Court Judge. For 20 years, he served Orange County in federal court, prosecuting serious cases involving public corruption, fraud, child exploitation, international money laundering, violent crime, and those who exploited seniors. A USC Law graduate who is bilingual in Spanish, Charles brings courtroom experience, discipline, fairness, and common sense to his campaign for the bench. Orange County is home, and Charles is committed to serving its residents with integrity, independence, and respect for the rule of law.
